Do we need only fcs files for analysis using rippleT?

Yes. Cellular data can be obtained by using the annotation table made by immunology experts, instead of wsp files.

Which antibody panel for FCM analysis can be used?

Yes. Currently, only analysis using the particular panel composed of antibodies for lineage analysis is supported. Please ask us about antibody names in this panel. We will announce other panels one after another.

Is it possible to see the analysis results of PBMCs obtained before and after surgery for the same patient in chronological order?

Currently, this analysis function is being developed. (Soon implemented.)
